Yes, and JJ is the fourth best (one could argue for AKs) - but, do you raise it, if you are certain that your raise will result in your getting to play it against precisely 3 or 4 players?

I should probably add that your insulting remark is impressive, given your remarkable assertion that if all 5 players call the QQ's bet, the QQ gains 2.5 BB worth of equity.

QQ wins 60% of the time vs. a field of 5 opponents? If I recall the odds of being overlaid on the flop (without flopping a set) are 31% and change. This would be a surprising win ratio in this situation TSTL, particularly playing out of position.
