Theoretical Win Rate

There must be a way to postulate this for a given game. For instance, at the 5/10 6-max level there are around 3 really bad players per table (40/20, 50/18, 37/10 let's say). Let's say I make them play around 70% as poorly as they theoretically could given their skill level compared to how "perfect" poker would be played against them. How much money does that result in for me?

I'm having a hard time quantifying 2 BB/100 and how skillful one needs to be to earn that. As much as other forums deny the ability for this to be quantified, I know it can be.

Anyone have input?
