Fold the river. 3 other players and you're banking that none of them have a single heart between them yet called all this way. Very, very unlikely.

Otherwise I play it the same. Preflop is easy call getting 11.5 to 1. And on the turn, you have the odds to call.

Your pre-flop call is fine -- SSH recommends playing suited or paired LP hands from the BB versus a raise with plenty of callers.

The river is a tough call. I'm betting there's a heart out there, but you're getting about 28:1 on your call. I think your hand might be good 3% of the time.

Played good, good turn call getting 11.25 : 1 (if I counted that right). I'd fold the river as its very unlikely neither of them have a heart but as was said you could be good 3% of the time.

There are 13.25BB in on the river, MP1 goes all in for .02, which is 1/2BB, making it now 13.75BB. Hero has to pay 1/2 BB to call, which is 0.5:13.75 or 1:27.5. I rounded it up, particuarly since UTG is probably calling this as well.
