Default 2 pair on a very coordinated board HU (1/2 on Stars)

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
5 folds, MP3 calls, 2 folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, MP3 calls.

Turn: (2.50 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, MP3 raises, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 5.50 BB

Vilain is here since less than 10 mins so no reads, stats etc..
Is it a good fold ?
Thank you

Very bad fold. At least call down.

I fold this pre-flop. Is that bad?

*grunch*

This seems like a clear PF fold. You don't have nearly enough limpers to justify calling here with small unconnected suited cards. Calls like this are for when there are a bunch of limpers to you.

As you played it, I might have tried to CR the flop to take control of the hand. This might have even bought you a free card on the turn. If 3-bet, I'd call and then check/fold this turn card.

With that turn card, and that small a pot, I agree with your line here. Wait for a better spot to call down with 2 pair.

SSHE states that we can call any suited cards in the small blinds. However, this call is marginal, but I don't think it's ugly. I'd call down the turn.
