Default A9s against a semibluff

This guy is (28/7/1.3). I check the flop to avoid a checkraise and take a free card and hopefully improve a backdoor flush. The turn I felt was a semibluff or a made hand, so I have to call it down the whole way, correct?

Or does the huge river bet require a laydown?
