Quick Pre-flop Check-up

Party $3/6 6-max. Table is good but not ridiculously loose. I don't have any stats on UTG but he has not gotten out of line in the three orbits that I have been at the table.

UTG raises, I am UTG+1 and muck 77.

Standard or weak? If standard, how would you play 88-99. (I am raising TT and up unless someone can convince me otherwise.)

I often dump this; I sometimes three-bet it. In order to three-bet it, I like to have a sense of UTG's opening range UTg and a sense of how he plays post-flop. Without a decent read on UTG, I may still threebet if it is likely to isolate or get no more than one of the blinds as callers. In other words, depends a lot for me on the playing characteristics of those behind me absent a read on UTG.
