I think T6 and T7 are real unlikely two pair hands for SB to have, even for a loose donk. While 67 is possible, a lot of them slow down even with two pair. The board makes a straight with 98, and you are losing to any full house, easily made by TT, 66, and 77 which are all commonly played hands from the SB for two bets by a typical player.

The river is a clear call, and it's not really all that close IMO.

With a call on the river I would play it the same way. You probably lost this one, but your KK will often be good enough to justify a river-call.

I think you just call down here. I'm not putting villain on two pair. He's either got you crushed (98, TT, 77, 66), or he's got top pair and a flush draw (ATs, KTs), or possibly an overpair to the flop. I think it's a way ahead/way behind situation, so I want to show this down as cheaply as possible.

Raise/fold the river is awful. Calling is best. There aren't enough worse 2-pair hands for you to raise/call this, unless you know him to be very aggressive.
