Anyone use Poker Office....

I was wondering if anyone has dealt with the people at poker office. I signed up an Empire poker account through them in order to attain their program for free. I signed up, deposited 100 dollars, played the deisgnated amount of hands, received Empire signup bonus. I then emailed poker office 4!!! times with no response from them at all. Has anyone else attained this program this way? Are they a reasonable group to deal with? Legitimate? Thanks for all info and responses.

Yeah, I've dealt with them alot (also on their forum). They are quick to respond (usually within 24 hours), though not always on the weekend. Don't forget, this was a holiday weekend, so that may be why you haven't gotten a response.

If you still haven't heard from them, I would suggest posting on their forum in the support section. I've always gotten a response there within 24 hours.
