Flop and turn seem pretty standard but I also dont know what to do on the river there. Would he be calling all that way with just a 7 looking for the gutshot? I think I would call here and see something out of the SB like 95, 77.

I dont know about betting on the river, would be interested to see other responses on this because it is a weakness in my game at the moment.

Yes, bet the river. Its a lot harder for villain to bluff by raising the river as it is for him to do so by betting when you check it to him. I think its going to be very hard for villain to raise the river without a 7.
Additionally, You're still getting paid off by any 2 pair hand, and maybe TPGK too. You'll often run into hands like 87, 67, 97, 77 that made their straight (and chased for it because they had a pair too) but it'll be a lot easier to spot them by leading out the river. I'd lead for $15.

As it stands, you gave him a chance to bluff at the pot if he wanted to, and you're getting 3-1. I'd call, you're definitely going to win this pot 25% of the time.

With no read I call that one. Tend to agree that leading for 1/2 pot and folding to a raise is often better than check-calling.
