If this law were actually enforced, I would arm myself at all times, and shoot anyone who attempted to arrest me for non-compliance.

Obviously, I would eventually be murdered by law enforcement officers, but I would attempt to survive as long as possible and kill as many LEOs as possible before they got me.

Someone once said that bad laws are the worst sort of tyranny.

100% follow it. Society grants me rotection from criminals and other dangers and asks of me only that I follow the law, so I do. I would however protest it.

I hope you're kidding. If not, I'd just like to point out that this is another obligation put upon you by "society" (aka the government), not just the "only" thing you must do. Is there a point where the inane things gov't asks you to do that have nothing to do with protection and order become too much?

I figured the people who voted to obey the law were just doing so to wreck the results...

God Damnit, you are the worst kind of citizen. To spineless to acomplish anything except for "protesting it" The ones who said they would fight against it are real citizens. You make me sick with your "follow the rules" bitchiness. Stand up for yourself and your rights, and then maybe you will be allowed to enjoy them.

Whoever would reply "yes" to this is not worth even debating with. And if he is telling the truth, he would stand on his head even when no one is looking, he is definately not worth your time debating.

if a law is unjust, it is your moral obligation to defy it.

(loosely quoting Thoreau)

i am not saying standing on your head is unjust, i am saying that open defiance seems perfectly acceptable and moral to someone like me.

Which is dumber, following a stupid law that nobody is likely to care about, or getting killed over a stupid law that wouldn't cost you anything to follow? And in the process killing several people who were only doing their jobs?

The fact that you wouldn't ever do what you're saying makes this a little better...
