Default Help me, I have a destructive nature

I just timed out on 4 tabling on a 20BB pot (Had the 4th nut full house BBspecial flop top 2, 1 bet on flop, 4 bets on turn, filled on river, bet and guy raises, call, and i timed out and he wins with aces up)

I just absolutely lost it. I totally destroyed my mouse.

This is the first time I've misclick as a fold. I've destroying many mouses on bad beats by opponets, but I've learned and now only laugh at the bad beats opponet dish out to me and now I only get angry at this mistake.

I don't even care about the amount of money it was for because it was for an amount people on here throw away on a whim and money I've thrown on away on a whim also.

I just had making mistakes. I try my best to be perfect at everything I do (probably my biggest strength and weakest fault).

Help me relax.

How much does what cost? The edits or the mistakes? Mistakes? not that much but like I said, it doesn't matter since I only care to play the best I can.

Guess there's not a cure for this type of tendency... although, when you start breaking things it's probably time for at least a quick break... take a walk, go do something else to get your mind off it... I know it's not always what you want to do, but it will save you money and sanity in the long run

Here's a thought. "Lighten up, Francis."

Here's a question. Under what circumstances does breaking your mouse improve your situation?

Here's a bonus question. What movie is the quote from?

Regards,
G.I.

If you are serious about changing that, get David R. Hawkins' book "Power vs. Force". If not, don't bother.
