Default debt collections by intermediaries like firepay, neteller, etc.

Can anyone tell us what legal recourse, if any, is available to intermediaries such as firepay, neteller, etc. for funds advanced via e-checks which were used for poker and not paid by the player? Since the funds were used for poker, can they legally pursue the debt via suit and judgment? Can NSF e-checks form the basis for bad check charges like paper checks do or is there a limitation on it because the check is an electronic transaction? Your comments are appreciated. Thanks.

It depends.

It also depends, but in most states, absolutely yes.
