Default party requires social security #?

i just tried to set up a party account and to my surprise it asks you for the last 4 digits of your social when u try to sign up at the cashier. and when i enter it, it says identity not verified, what the hell? i have a pokernow and empire account and have never had to register with the cashier or enter a social. is this something new at party or what

Party has to take precautions against cheaters trying to have more than one account. You weren't trying to do that were you? [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

no, i have never opened a party account. like i said, i have a empire and pokernow account.

i faxed in a copy of my drivers license. now i just bave to wait.

Wow I don't know, maybe Party is changing it's rules for new people just signing up.

I think this is huge news. Anyone know if the other skins now have a similar requirement (if they don't, I am betting they will)?

Looks like it will be much more difficult to open accounts at multiple skins.

its most likely the same as neteller they dont check your ss through the ss office they use a credit agency so if you dont have any credit they wont be able to verify your #
