Default Donk

Everybody is using the term donk, I assume a donk is another word for donkey which is another word for an ass, makes sense.

What is a "donk bet"?

aka a gay bet. Loosely, It's a bet out of nowhere, out of position, when your opponent put in the last bet/raise on the previous street.

i think the easiest way to describe it is a bet from someone that didn't show aggression the previous round...

ie. someone check/calls the flop and then leads the turn (the turn is a donk bet)

Donk bets get a bad rap by most solid players, but a good donk bet every now and then can be very effective IMHO.
