Default Frozen account on partypoker, please help

Hello all,

I have been playing on partypoker for awhile using a fake address. I finally decided that I wanted to cash out, so I decided to create another account with the same name, but the correct address this time. They called me to tell me that I was not allowed to have two accounts at the same time. In addition, they said I would have to fax them my driver's license to verify my true identity with them.

Unfortunately, I am not of legal age. Five minutes after they called me, they froze both my accounts (one has $750, the other has 250). I understand that it was wrong of me to play underage to begin with, but I would like to know what my options are. Someone I talked to suggested that I write to them admitting my error, and asking them to transfer the money in both my accounts to the account of one of my parents.

Has anyone been in a similar situation before? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Never been there, never done that, but I think your chances are slim, at best.

I think you may be screwed and I don't have any real suggestions.

I am just curious what advantage you were hoping to gain by using a fake-address in the first place.

Do you not have a neteller account? Are we to assume that the only way for you to get your cash back is from a check via regular mail?

You violated their ToS. They have two accounts with $750 and $250 in them, you don't.

Why didn't you just sign up under your moms name with your real adress?

$900 lesson learned.

Sorry mate I don't rate your chances. It's unfortunate but you broke the rules and they are within their rights to freeze your accounts indefinatly. Guys don't be too harsh on this guy underage people are known for making mistakes, thats why they can't vote at least he admitted it and didn't come on here with "PP screwed me!!!11!!11"

your mistake wasnt playing underage, it was that.

I think the chances are pretty slim. Party Poker support is a bunch of People from India that give programed responses.
My vote is call them and if they say no try and talk to a manager, if not continue to try and talk to higher people. Make it clear that once you are of legal age you want to continue to play poker with them. Ask if they can freeze it till you are 18.

Basically PP has no morals, if you can convince someone in charge it will be +EV for them to not upset you since you will give them more money, that is your best shot.

Until you are 18 just play pacific poker or something but for god sakes use ur mom/dad/bro/sis's ID.

I started when I was 20 so I have no read experience here, but in my experience with large money hungry faceless corporations this is your best line.
