Default Learning Probabilities of Poker

I want to learn the odds involved with Hold em but im not sure exactly where to start? I would like to learn the math so that I can calculate all of the different odds involved with Hold em. If anyone could offer some advice I would appreciate it.

Either:

1) Read and post here a lot

or

2) Go buy this book: "Hold 'Em's Odds Book" by Mike Petriv
