Default JJ early in a 10+1

OK. I played jacks as though they were aces. I'd just like to submit this as evidence that 10+1 players play all sorts of garbage way worse than JJ like it's the nuts, which is how I justify a little extra faith in them myself.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (10 handed) converter

UTG (t850)
Hero (t725)
UTG+2 (t350)
MP1 (t810)
MP2 (t1585)
MP3 (t495)
CO (t1095)
Button (t640)
SB (t680)
BB (t770)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to t75, UTG+2 raises to t350 (All-In), 1 fold, MP2 calls t350, 5 folds, Hero raises to t725 (All-In), MP2 calls t375.

Flop: (t1825) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players, 2 all-in)

Turn: (t1825) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players, 2 all-in)

River: (t1825) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players, 2 all-in)

Final Pot: t1825

Results in white below:
Hero has Jh Jc (one pair, jacks).
UTG+2 has 7s As (high card, ace).
MP2 has 5d 5s (three of a kind, fives).
Outcome: MP2 wins t1825.

Honestly I think it's probably okay to play like this, I wouldnt be shocked if the cold caller had something like 77. They play so bad sometimes!!

Well if UTG had anything really good he woulda re-raised, and the guy all-in looked pretty weak, I think you made the right move, sometimes I'll fold this though, I don't like gambling early on.
