I openraise in MP with KT to 60 (blinds 10/20 and stack is 1500). Button and BB call.

Flop is T54r. BB bets 200 in 200 pot. I raise to 550 (?). Button folds and BB calls.

Turn is a 3 (r). He goes all in for 820. I fold.
