Not necessarily, because he probably has an Ace the other 50% of the time.

I would call the flop raise though, and see what happens on the turn.

Lots of times he'll give up his semi-bluff and check.

Lots of times he'll give up his total bluff and check and fold if you bet.

And also, lots of times you'll only be one bet from a showdown as opposed to two, and with 6 bets out there on the turn, that's compelling. (Getting 6:1 vs. 7:2 to end this mess.)

I'd raise or fold the flop. I see no benefit in calling.
