I bet the turn before I start calling down.

Just had a flush draw do this to me tonight. I stupidly checked the turn then the river with a weak hand (I was OOP). I didn't let him do it again, though.

I like how you played it, although I probably c/r turn and calldown if 3-bet. I think for the turn play I like check/raise, check/call, bet/call in order of preference; I don't like betting turn mainly b/c if this Villain is aggro enough to limp-cap a suited hand (non premium PP) PF and cap the flop w/the flush draw he will frequently be betting the turn when you check IMO. I like checkraising turn mainly b/c he will bet/call almost all of the hands he capped flop with if you check, but if you bet the range that he raises with is more heavily weighted towards the hands you are behind, due to flop/PF action, ie he may just calldown JJ here after this much action.

I`d lead the turn, call down if raised.
