Cheating.....
There are web sites selling programs that will show other peoples hole cards to obviously cheat and earn $$$$$.....please tell me this not true, some of the calls and subsequent draws I have had lately are starting to make me think they cant be that bad to call and then that lucky to hit........

[/ QUOTE ] There is no way for players to see each other's hole cards, the supposed programs don't exist or don't work. But if you have a link to such a website, post it, I am curious to see their scam.

Its not that I dont believe you, its just that there seems to be dodgy stuff out there --- Im no computer geek but if I can see my hand on a computer then why cant someone else? you hear all the time of people being able to get into your computer......

here's a task... take one of these people that "drew out" on you... monitor their progress. you'll see that they lose more than they win. the end.

Yes, it is theoretically possible for someone to download a trojan onto your machine, and use it to view your hole cards while you're playing.
In practise though, criminals prefer to use such trojans to gather personal details, and go around emptying people's bank accounts. Much more lucrative than spending hours trying to scam you out of your $50 buyin, especially when they have to play 8 other people at the table whose hole cards they don't know.
