There's some casino site that helps resolve issues with sites and he charges a fee. You might want to try him, others have his address, i think it's casinomeister or something.

I've been playing underage for a year, why didn't you play under your parent's names? That way if they ask for id, you have one to show them.

why is everyone being such an [censored]?

I know someone who had his account frozen when he was underage. He called Party Poker and after a lot of conversation back and fourth his account was closed but the money was returned. The only thing I don't understand is the using a fake address? What was your motive in doing that?

Make a fake ID, and the necessary fake documents that says you are of legal age. This is your best option. If you don't want to do that you could wait until you are of legal age and then cash out the money. Consider it some money you have tucked away for a rainy day.
