Default Consumers unite for lower rakes?

Has there been any talk of players uniting to demand lower online rakes? Online sites are incredibly profitable. Not only do they run many more hands per hour with very low overhead, but they also earn interest on all of our deposits. I have nothing against business or profits, but that doesn't mean the consumer can't demand better. I don't know if the high-traffic sites collude and US antitrust laws would not apply to them anyway.

If players withdrew all their money en masse and demanded lower rakes, I think sites would respond. Or if a large group of players moved back and forth to whoever offered the lowest rake, we might create competition.
