TGC - When will playcheck be fixed?

While it is great that a better system is in the works, I fail to see how this is relevant to the current problem. The export feature should remain in working order during the redevelopment process.

I realize that you are at the mercy of Prima when it comes to software issues, but any competent Tech should have been able to implement a temporary fix by now (it's been six weeks). Clearly this problem is far down the list of priorities.

I have been a supporter of your site since you first came to this forum. At that time, your hand histories were not compatible with PokerTracker and many people here refused to play at your site because of this.

With the recent changes to the NL/PL games at Party Poker and Prima's inability to resolve the hand history problem, a significant portion of your NL/PL players may decide it's time to take their play to Party.



Regarding the most recent software upgrade; the problem with the Lobby stats not updating appears to have been fixed. (At least I found something positive to say in this post).

While everything I've seen from TGC seems to be good... most that I've seen from Prima is bad.

I don't know if this is an option - but I've had my HH e-mailed to me directly from Prima before. In the last instance, they didn't get to my inbox until several weeks after I finally managed to cash out completely, never to look back.

We’re not entirely sure at this stage. Generally the system only allows for users to access 21 days worth of history and then it is archived. We’ll be meeting with Prima shortly to discuss the PlayCheck resolution issue, and at the same time we’ll find out how far back the histories will go.

Was this with us or a different operator? When exactly was it sent to you because if it’s an option, we weren’t aware of it and we’d like to explore this avenue.

If you’d be so kind keikiwai, please could you PM us the name of the support agent (along with your alias) that responded to you with this message so that we can follow up with them. As previously stated, a confirmed ETA is not yet available and we want to ensure that the support staff aren’t giving canned replies or providing incorrect information.

prima has the player base to be number 4 despite themselves, not because of anything they have done right.

they have all these shady operators joining the network and these new sites are full of team play. they have a couple of rooms, like tgc, that is player-aware. the rest would not know the rankings of poker hands and don't care. this playcheck crap is unusable and a perfect example of a network that is huge simply because they are riding the coattails of casinos and the poker surge. prima will peter out because they will never address the player issues and the shady partners will ruin the reputation of the only few rooms that are trying. i expect prima will be 10th on pokerpulse before summer and if they are not careful they will be out of business by december. merry christmas.
