I messed up and tried to pull my arms apart. It's amazing. You have to hold your arms at your side because they're trying to pull up.

Focus on the fingers... this isn't the raising arm experiment.

It's all in the fingers baby, SQUEEZE!!!!!!!111

**clasp your hands together like the picture, SQUEEZE your fingers and pull outward for 45 secs to a minute. Then stop pulling, but don't move your fingers. Face your palms up, and let your fingers just sit there, DO NOT move them at all. After 1 minute, straighten your fingers.

You can get the same effect by making a reallllly tight fist for like a minute. Then SLOWLY try to straighten your fingers.
