Default NL $600: KK Pre flop

$600 NL Pacific Poker 3/6 Blinds

Hero is in BB w/ KK with $750.
Villain is in Cut-off w/ $1100.
Villain has been playing LAG, raising and calling many raises in late position and is a pretty good player. He just won a decent-sized pot the previous hand.

All fold to Villain who raises to $24. Folded to BB. Hero re-raises to $80. Villian re-raises to $204.

What is the play here?

I push. i don't think flat-calling and taking a flop OOP is a good idea
