I've only been to one single Popeyes ever, but it was so good that if the others are anything like that place, I gotta give Popeye's high marks. For chicken, at least. The pieces I got were huge; it's like KFC but much much better, and twice the volume of chicken for the price, easy.

I find the quality of Popeyes to depend on the specific branch. They must use different quality chicken, because there are some locations that I won't eat at, and there are some places that give huge high quality pieces of meat. I've never experienced this with a different fast food chain to the degree of reliability that I've seen w/ popeyes.

Bell, with White Castle a close second. I say bring back the Chili Cheese Burrito and the Rancho Steak Burrito.

In no order, I think the only four acceptable choices are: Arby's, Culvers, Wendy's and Taco Bell.

Regarding Chipotle, there's no way that counts as fast food. There's no drive thru, and (at least around the UMN campus) most peak hours = 15+ minute wait.

Have you been to In n Out? I don't know what Culver's is. Wendy's is a good choice. I don't personally like Taco Bell, but I know a lot of people do.

When I lived in Atlanta, there were people who considered Popeye's the best chicken in the city. If you can get that rating in the South...

It's all premade stuff they throw in a shell. If that isn't fast food i don't know what is. Your wait time is only because of long lines.
