Email from "Fast Poker" - STAY AWAY!

Here is an email I recieved from Fast Poker upon trying to cash out my original $500 deposit.

Needless to say, I am not happy. I am not withdrawing a cent of winnings, simply my own original deposit. They didn't ask for this [censored] when I gave them my money, and they didn't specify that I would need any of this information to withdraw the money. What a joke. The bozo CS guy who sent me this didn't even give me a phone number, he simply left in (please supply the number that is applicable for the country of origin).

Yeah they pissed me off too. I put in 50 bucks from my neteller account and wanted to reverse the transaction without playing any hands, and I got the same email. It's a load of crap that they want documentation when I'm moving money back to the account that I deposited with.

I disagree. This is a very common thing to happen to someone who's been doing something shady with their account. I had the money in my account for MAYBE 10 minutes before I wanted it back. My friend got the same email, and I think this is SOP for them. This is not normal. This has never happened to me on paradise, stars, ub, or party.

Yea, but the games on there,....WOW. How many other sites have ALL the other players calling three bets cold preflop. The price of admission may be steep, but the payoff is HUGE. The worst players, bar none (including, even, Pacific).

The only logical solution is the idiots that run the site are also playing in the games.

The reason I want to cashout is because I deposited $500 to take advantage of a particularly good 10/20 game that was going at the time. My money was deposited instantly, but I wasn't allowed to put it all in play, only $100. Why? There's a FOURTEEN day grace period in which they will not release your money for play. Wow.

In your OP, I thought you were overreacting a little bit. It's probably a good thing that they have tight security for cashouts. However, a 14 day grace period to be able to play with your money is absolutely ridiculous. I will be heeding your "STAY AWAY!" advice.
