i could care less about OSOP discussions. however, posters should leave ISOP out of it. i won't enter these threads unless there is an unfair comparison that needs to be clarified or untrue innuendo that needs to be defended.

OSOP is a strog concept. build it on ots own merits.

I apologize for comparing them.

It just seemed like there were some hurt feelings over whatever happened with the ISOP, and I hoped that didn't affect this new series. I'm glad that I'm wrong, and I hope this becomes a success.

I guess we'll see when we check out the attendance at the first event.

Thank you, hopefully now you can understand why your unjust claims of it being "an affiliate scheme" is to be defended.

I just checked out their website. I didn't read everything but it still looks like they will have a $100K playoff tourney that is funded somewhere other than the prizepool. I am sure that they will get some affiliate money out of this but $100K is huge.

It looked to me like anyone can play even those of us that are already part of the site. If this is the case, how are they going to come up with the playoff money?

I guess it depends on how many people play. If they make $9 and $15 per player, they'd need a pretty big crowd to get $100,000, plus enough to pay for trips to AC for 10 people., plus the tournament leaderboard money.
