Default Two QQ hands facing resistance

Hey everyone, I'd appreciate any help on these hands. I'm not sure how to go about playing QQ in both these situations.
Both hands are from Party 200 NL.

In the first hand Villian is 29/13/2.0 (over 369 hands). This was his very first hand after sitting down. I did not remember anything of note from playing with him in the past.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP3 (Villian)/ ($200)
CO ($174.10)
Button ($85.85)
SB ($182)
BB ($206.30)
UTG ($223.75)
Hero ($223.10)
MP1 ($154.12)
MP2 ($413.27)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
1 fold</font>, Hero raises to $8</font>, 2 folds</font>, MP3 (Villian) calls $8, 4 folds</font>.

Flop: ($19) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Hero bets $14</font>, Villian calls $192 (All-In), Hero calls $178.

Turn: ($403) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

River: ($403) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $403

Was thinking his range included a flush draw or straight draw, AA, KK, or an under pair. I just didnt see him playing a set like this.

In the second hand Villian is 61.11/12.22/2.17 (Over 100 hands).

BB ($200)
UTG ($125.95)
UTG+1 ($407.70)
MP1 ($223.70)
MP2 ($134.25)
MP3 ($434.65)
Hero ($200)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
5 folds</font>, Hero raises to $8</font>, 1 fold</font>, SB (Villian) raises to $27</font>, 1 fold</font>, Hero calls $20.

Flop: ($58) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Villian bets $55.1</font>, Hero calls $55.10.

Turn: ($168.20) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Villian bets $97.65 (All-In), Hero calls $97.65.

River: ($363.50) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $363.50

Is calling down correct? Should I be taking a fold/raise line... I assume Raising is better since QQ does fear an A or a K coming off the deck. However, I thought raising might make her fold TT or JJ (Though with her very high VPIP this would probably not be the case.) What range of hands would you put villian on when they move in on the turn? TT-AA, or is AKs, AQs, or AKo still possible?

Thanks for all your help.
