Default Tax Deductions and Documentation - USA

In the USA, what tax deductions can one use to offset gambling winnings?

What kind of documentation must be maintained to support these deductions?

What is required to document losses at B&M poker tables?

Are there any expense or deduction benefits from claiming to be a part-time professional gambler? This web page seems to indicate there is.
