his athleticism makes him pretty good. he makes great steals and grabs tons of boards. gets some blocks too.

but he gets schooled one on one pretty often tho esecially by good players.

the list of NBA players that can be described in a similar way is MUCH longer than those who can't.

given how talented NBA players are, there aren't that many top-notch one-on-one defenders, period. that's why team defense is so important.

This is so depressing. 0-2 when LeBron goes over 50 (52 and 56). As for LeBron's defense, it really is average at best. Especially his individual defense, because he's pretty good playing with the team but when they put his man on isolation, he gets blown up a lot.

Very depressing as a Cavs fan though, the Cavs need to win these games.

not sure if its on there but his dunk last night was sick. he shouldered the defender just enough to get a path and dunked over 2 guys with incredible quickness and ferocity. you dont even see it coming.
