Default EV of raising w/ small-med PP\'s

I am hoping someone can provide me with a link to a post made a few months ago in this forum going over the +EV of raising/limping with small to medium sized PP's?

I want to say the post was made by fimbulwinter? I have searched and searched and still cannot locate this post. It was made within the last 2-4 months.

TIA to whomever provides a link.

So no one at all remembers this thread? It was a pretty well thought out detailed post going over the pros/cons of raising w/ small pp's?

I searched for close to 1/2 hour the other night trying to find it in the archives, but to no avail. If anybody at all can provide a link it would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,
Tao-Jones

what's the point. the conclusion was that it is +EV to open pots with small/med pps than limping.

The point is that I would like to review the post. I was assuming this would have been made pretty apparent by my first two requests for a link to it?!?

And because some guy came to the conclusion that raising 55 from UTG+1 in a 6-max game is +EV I am just supposed to go ahead and do so? I'm interested in reading over the logic behind what brought him to his conclusion, and not so much what the end result was, so if you have the link and could kindly post it I would be grateful, if not, then stop being such a lame and wasting your time...

I would think it depends on the table, at an aggressive table your continuation bets aren't going to be nearly as effectively. Additionally, if you have a multi-way pot, you aren't going to be taking that pot down on the flop, are you?
