Default Stars10+1/Interesting hand

No good read on villian, I just came to the table.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t16000 (7 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP1 (t474764)
MP2 (t470094)
Hero (t565104)
Button (t691128)
SB (t210250)
BB (t567972)
UTG (t201962)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold</font>, MP1 calls t16000, 1 fold</font>, Hero calls t16000, 2 folds</font>, BB checks.

Flop: (t52800) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)</font>
BB bets t48000</font>, MP1 folds, Hero calls t48000.

Turn: (t148800) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
BB bets t80000</font>, Hero calls t80000.

River: (t308800) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
BB bets t96000</font>, Hero calls t96000.

Final Pot: t500800

This hand turned out to be a tough, and I didnt like calling that river bet. On the flop I thought that I was either way behind or way ahead. In the former case villian has an overpar, or a 3 which I thought was unlikely. And if im ahead he probably has 7x, or is bluffing.
Now, many players at the 10+1 would push 7x if confronted with a flop like this and resistans. I dont want that, because then I might have to fold (its close). So I decided that if im ahead im getting alot of value for rather little risk.

you need to raise this hand sometime before the river if you intend on staying in. instinct tells me i raise the turn, but the flop looks like a better place to do it.
