Question for tourney pros??

Maybe this has been talked about, but does the television coverage change how you play?

For example, I was an assistant (OK, I was damn near the waterboy) for a bad NCAA team (take a guess from my username) and we would do things in games strictly for the purpose of others teams watching it on film.

We'd throw in a -EV play call in order to gain +EV down the road. Just wondering.
