I think you need to use two different web browsers to effectively 2-table. 2-tabling netscape wouldn't work for me. But 2-tabling netscape/IE does.

No one else on this forum has a school to support so we are supporting the school of Joshman's kid.
Also it is possible to 3 browser the vote. I am with IE, Firefox, and Netscape works great.
