Default Won my first tournament

It was just a little 5k guaranteed on Empire, but it feels nice to get 1st and so I thought I would share.

I have actually made to the final table 5 out of 9 times in the past week and hoping I actually know what I am doing.

I am just playing tournaments now as a form of relaxation in between my regular 15/30-20/40 games.

Thank you guys, I really hope I am learning something while I play these.

A part of me feels like its a big waste of time since I am giving up a lot of potential earn especially because I shut down my limit tables while I do tourneys.

Seems like playing anything less than the 50k guarantees or 100 dollar buyins is a waste of time. There are always situations where I feel uncomfortable, but it seems like the competition in these 25 dollar buyins is extremely forgiving when I make errors.

Empire fields are pretty small.

Congrats! Beat me to it! Have yet to win, but finished 3rd yesterday.
Try a $10 rebuy or $50 tournament on like stars, Party, or Paradise. U can win a couple grand or more.
