99 Danger board, too weak?

Mp1 is loose and plays aggressive on scare boards.
Button is is 43/4, but with 4.50 aggro post flop.

This is a large pot, so I did not plan on folding at least till the river and that was only if a 4th diamond hit, i did not fill up, and had to call 3 cold on the river. What I am wondering is if besides pf, (shoulda capped there) can I find a raise?

Looks like you have enough reads to call this down, although I don't like calling two cold on the flop twice. I'd 3 bet the flop, call a cap, and call down. 2 Opponents so it's somewhat likely that one has the flush already, but they could just be raising with AJ and one diamond.
