Default ATs in SB preflop (+ some other questions)

This is bad, right?

UTG is 60/11/1.6
Button is 60/0/0.8

About 100 hands on each villian.

Ultimate Bet 0.5/1 Hold'em (5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG Raises, 1 fold, Button Calls, Hero folds...

Some Questions:

1, So should i be calling here?
2, What about if the villians are swopped? (I.e UTG is 60/0/0.8)

Back to the original hand (i.e. Villians are not swopped round)

3, Whats the worst broadway hand you CALL with here?
4, What the worst broadway hand you RAISE with here?

still call. SSHE p62 advocates folding ATs to a "tight, unimaginative player" when you are in middle position.

you are
a) in the small blind
b) holding a decent hand
c) using only 100 hands to set up reads. Why worry that someone with a 0 PFR has cold called? they appear LP-P.

ATs is the easiest of easy calls to a raise in the SB there.

so:
1) yes
2) still call unless you have 1,000 hands minimum on 60/0/0.8. then you can suspect it's AA.
3) ATo
4) AQo

Thanks for the reply.

Im having trouble in the SB tbh...im not really sure what kinds of hands i should be calling raises with. I would generally re-raise w AKo, AKs, AQs and probably only go as low as AJs with a call.

Ill try opening up my range a little more and see what happens.

if you aren't comfortable playing ATs in the SB against a UTG raise and a cold call, you will become mayor of -EV land.

you'll come join us in +EVopolis soon.
