Default Ruling Help

What is the correct ruling in the following situation?

Player "A" goes makes a bet or goes all-in, while player "B" is thinking about it Player "A" shows his cards to the two players beside him. Only player "A" and "B" are in the hand.

Player A has proven that he's an idiot. Play goes on as if the hand was exposed to no one. Once the hand is over, no matter if Player B calls or not, Idiot A has to expose his hand to the entire table.
