That is very good. Another good idea would be to have the "tip" or "tail" of the hat - the part with the white pom pom - hanging out along his neck.

EDIT: I saw the animation the first time around but didn't put two and two together that you turned the tie into that part of the hat. You are seriously at the very pinnacle of your field.

I made this one for Crimson awhile back he thought up the idea and I think it is a pretty funny one. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]



I'm kinda out of ideas for that clip to tell you the truth pm me if you have another good idea for it and I will try.
