hand converter

does anyone else have problems converting hands? I've done it before correctly, but the last couple of times ive tried it has condensed the pf action and doesnt show the betting progression. ive tried unclicking the "condense first round" button but when i tried to convert it just turns back on. any ideas?

If this is from a Party poker skin, just manually delete the word "Texas" from the top of the hand history and it should convert fine.
