Nice work. Bet they had you wondering somewhat?

BTW both MP's were jackasses to call your preflop raise. MP3 is even more of a fool for calling the flop.

Good point - so long is everyone is happy.

But from a pure poker perspective, their plays were pretty awful.

MP3 was marginal. Perhaps he was trying to encourage calls behind him or thought the table was passive. But, you're right, his flop call makes me think it was more about "He's got the wired pair, star spangled banner, etc..." :/

Silly man, there's no such thing as a pure poker perspective.

You could have said "from an EV perspective", but who the hell cares about EV anyways?

My 850 posts are all on how cool chips look, what to drink when you're playing way over your limit, etc.

We all know the game here... but it's important to keep it in your head at all times that not everyone plays poker for the sake of EV, and that we have to accomodate those people (since they put food on our table and a roof over our heads).
