converting standar party hands (Ive searched this a million times)

please someone help, Ive been reading 2+2 for ages but I cant post a hand properly because I cant get the converter to work properly.

please people treat me like a retard.

1. which converter and where do i find it?
2. where should I take the history from on party (email, party program files....)
3. anything I need to know when i input the history (changes, options etc....)
