With a bigger preflop raise you can lay down with more confidence, that's one thing you can do in future...

I would fold here. I see this play by scared players. He may have called with 54 suited, and he is scared of getting run over. He may have a bare K, but I suspect you are behind. Give him your $4 and wait for a better opportunity to call his all in super over bet.

I would say you did the right thing by folding. He could have beaten you with a number of hands. Just wait until you actually hit a hand to call his all-ins.
