You need to be more aggressive. Read this forum. A LOT.

Notes:
Push the A4o from the button.
Possibly push the A5 from the cutoff depending on your read of the opponents.
Push the 69 from the BB after SB open-completes.
Push the Q4 from the SB.
Push the K2 from the button.
Push the A6 from the button.
Close your eyes and call/stop-n-go/push with A6 from the BB facing the UTG minraise.

Most everything else looked fine from my quick check.
