Default 15k hands @ -.46BB/100

Can this be variance? I am struggling with NL and this is really getting to me. I play mostly party $25 and some $50. I know im not a great player yet, but the play at these levels is ridiculously bad, but I can't seem to turn a profit. I understand the principles that are talked about here. Most of the posts that are "standard" hands are just like I would play them. If I play better then the fish I should win in the long run, right? Is this variance?

At these limits, my guess would be no after 15K hands. How tight are you playing in OOP?

Probably not variance (although it certainly COULD be). Do you play too many hands, particularly out of position? Do you call too many bets on the river? Do you bluff too often? Really try to examine your play...

No, if anything I'm too tight. 15% VPIP. I am really tight early. I usually only bluff when there are few people to the flop and in position.

What PT numbers could I post that would help analyzing this?

Probably hands more than numbers. I would suggest posting a few hands that you are unsure of and maybe someone can help identify a leak or two.

It could be variance. Over my last 15k hands I'm down 1.5 BB/100. I'm not nearly a great player, but I do like to think I'm at least better than breaking even. My overall BB/100 for 60,000 hands is around 2, which is pretty pathetic, I know. Most of this 15k downswing I'm on is from getting good hands cracked because I overplayed them, losing my stack time and again with overpairs or TPTK to sets, two pair, whatever. Add on your strings of huge bad beats and decks frozen solid and you've got yourself a downswing. I played 2k hands of 1/2 at party, was dealt 87 pocket pairs and hit a set TWICE (2.2%). Not exactly a recipe for making money.
