No, you don't get different lines.
You can get 0.5-1.0 more points on: Colorado [was 10.5] Okla Boise LSU USC Bama, the last time I checked. Other sports books may have moved to the Favorite also, but last two nights or so SIA had the best lines for dogs on those Bowls, they were also having bigger lines in ND's favor for a while, now it's 4.5 most places.
