Default musicmania! favorite albums

The best pop songs thread got me thinking about this. I don't really listen to the radio so much anymore, so I'm ill qualified to talk about much over there. But I can go on about other stuff here. So, some of my favorite albums to have come out since 1990 so we don't have to dwell on all-time classics:

Weezer - Weezer (the blue one. This album is so good, and I don't think they've ever done anything remotely quality again, though people have tried to tell me that Pinkerton is good.)

Nirvana - Unplugged in New York (came to this one kind of late, but I find it compelling. I wasn't a huge fan at the time, but this album really grew on me.)

Boards of Canada - Music Has The Right to Children (Geogaddi is good, too, but a little darker. It is almost physically impossible for me to hear "roygbiv" off of this album and not be happy)

Blackalicious - Blazing Arrow (if I were going to recommend one album on this list to the world, it would be this one.)

Deltron 3030 - Deltron 3030 (I'm a sucker for post-apocalyptic themed rap)

Radiohead - Hail to the Thief (it's hard for me to pick one here; lots of people prefer OK Computer era Radiohead, but I pretty much like everything they've done since the Bends. Color me fanboy.)

Beulah - When Your Heartstrings Break (again, hard for me to choose between this and Yoko)

Portishead - Dummy

Deltron 3030 is a sick album.

I'm a big fan of the King Geedorah album.

Also a big fan of The Lemon of Pink by the Books. Two favorites that come to mind right away that are kind of out of the ordinary.

Haven't heard that one. I picked up Madvillainy recently, and it's started to grow on me. MF Doom has a few too many personalities for me to keep track of.
