William Hill Casino Number, Account Suspended

I got my account suspended on William Hill Casino when trying to cash out on neteller. I was told this was mostly unheard of on the cryptos, I hit 4 of them though. Any thoughts on what could be up or what I should do?

Also, is this the right number to dial exactly of William Hill Casino, or do I need some code? I keep getting a busy signal and wondered if it was the right number. 011 800 3551 3551

I had my Willhill account suspended also. I cleared the casino bonus once, cashed out and was suspended immediatly after that. No response after trying to e-mail CS several times. I tried the same phone number and was unable to get through.. that was 4 months ago and I am still suspended.. Good luck.

0800 numbers won't work from the US. They are the equivalent to your 1-800-blah blah.

I hit them up for the first time a few weeks ago. I had a good run and tried to cash out the same day (probably a mistake). When I hadn't received the money a week later, I tried to log in and found my account was suspended.

When I finally got CS to return an email, they told me they needed to see ID and a statement from the funding source to run a security check. I had to send the digital photo of my passport 3-4 times before I got a response, but eventually I was approved and got my money within a couple of days. Keep at them.

I can't remember the number I dialed (from the U.S.), but that sounds similar. Whatever number I dialed, I got a human being, but he just told me I had to email the stuff I'd already sent. It didn't do me any good to reach a person on the phone.

After the 011 to get out of the US phone system, you need to enter the country code (for instance, Scottland is 44, England 33) - but of course the 800 is for US -

They never answer email. Never ever. You must call them during UK business hours. I found a number on bonuswhores when the same thing happened to me. Account locked by "security". They asked no question and requested no documents. Had to call back when they didn't reactivate it.
